Pressure reducer - pressure regulator 1/2"
The pressure reducer is designed for regulated reduction of fluid pressure in cold and hot water supply networks as well as compressed air pneumatic lines. The pressure reducer maintains an outlet pressure that does not exceed the set pressure, regardless of pressure fluctuations in the mains. A thread is provided in the upper part of the gearbox for mounting the pressure gauge and a setting screw is located in the lower part under the plug. By turning the adjusting screw it is possible to set the required pressure according to the pressure gauge reading. The adjustment is carried out downstream of the gearbox (at the outlet). The reducer is factory set to 3 bar.
It is used in hot and cold water supply systems, pneumatic pipelines.
The reducer is hot forged and made of a brass alloy, making it suitable for use in drinking water supply systems due to the minimal lead content in the alloy.
