The mixer aerator - it is a small device in the form of a mesh filter fixed on the mixer overflow and designed for mixing water with air and restricting the flow without noticeable reduction of its intensity for consumers.

The aerator is installed on the tap by means of thread connection and used for several purposes:

• water head coordination. This device eliminates spraying, makes comfort in washing hands, body, dish, etc.;

• water saturation with oxygen. Water passed through the aerator becomes softer, which is beneficial for human skin. It washes away better soap and chemicals used by the consumer;

• significantly reduces amount of chlorine in water, since when mixed with oxygen, the degree of weathering of this element increases;

• reduces the noise emitted by the liquid jet;

• facilitates the retention of solid particles contained in incoming liquid. When using plumbing devices without aerators, the water flow rate can reach a shocking figure - 15L/min. Using them, you will consume no more than 6-7 L/min.
