Unicorn B427 bottle type trap is used for connecting the kitchen sinks having the overflow hole with the sewerage system. This trap has modular waste with the overflow pipe connected to it. The trap gaskets are integrated into the body and the trap itself is supplied max assembled thus providing for super-fast and easy installation of the trap. Seal material is thermoelastoplast- high-tensile, high-elasticity green material resistant to temperature drops and chemical exposures. Thanks to its properties, trap service life is increased. The trap can be assembled and disassembled without gasket damages up to 40 times. The trap cup has a special round shape, which prevents from waste accumulation.
The trap body is made of virgin polypropylene, which positively affects its strength, service life and resistance to temperature. The decorative grid is made of stainless steel.
Connecting the sink overflow to the trap is carried out by means of the rectangular or round connector with the special sealing gasket and the connecting corrugated overflow pipe. To simplify the buyer's choice of the necessary trap, the manufacturer made provision for two overflow connectors (for kitchen sinks with round or rectangular wastes). This design prevents water from overflowing over the sink edge.
The trap is supplied with the drain filter/waste plug and multi-purpose corrugated pipe with the possibility of connecting the trap to the sewerage pipe with a diameter of 40 or 50 mm.
Trap waste is equipped with the special bend for connecting the washer or dishwasher drain hose.
