Connector Bend 90 degrees 20 PN 16 is produced of high-quality polypropylene and designed for turning water flow on and off in potable and industrial water supply systems as well as irrigation systems.
Crimp fitting provides reliable connection with a polyethylene pipe without welding. The connection tightness is provided by an elastic rubber O-ring held by a compression ring.
The collet clamp is produced of a material with high interlocking properties and prevents spontaneous uncoupling under vibration and hydraulic impacts in systems and allows resistance to one-dimensional axial stresses and shocks.
The rubber ring provides reliable air-tightness of the pipe even when kinked. Due to the special ribbed inner surface the collet clamp prevents pipe squeezing from the body by internal water pressure force. Crimp fitting connectors are quickly and easily installed, multi-use and resistant to corrosion.
This type of fitting connectors is allowed to use at a pressure in pipeline up to 16 bar and at +20°С. The lifecycle of a polyethylene pipeline is 50 years.
